Denise Rose

I have been facilitating film-making workshops with young people locally, nationally and internationally for over 25 years running a not-for-profit, youth rights, media organisation called Mouth That Roars. 

I previously worked in Film and TV Production in various roles. I have an MA in Children, Youth and International Development and a PGDip in Youth and Community Work.  

After years of learning, developing and being able to travel the world and learn from communities I’ve worked in, I felt it was time to embark on my own project and hence, decided to make this film.
